Our mission is to provide you, the investor, with the initial information on innovative and emerging companies within growing industries that we feel have the potential to establish, maintain and increase revenues, profits and shareholder value. By visiting our site we will strive to furnish you with all relevant news, SEC filings and due diligence information necessary to make the assessment of each company a more educated and informed one. We do not issue buy, sell or hold recommendations, that is a decision that each person must make based on their own investment objectives and risk tolerance; as well as from the consulting activities each investor must do with their investment/tax advisor(s). We strive to work closely with our portfolio clients in helping them build their business, whether it is introducing them to industry analysts, institutional and professional investors, research firms, revenue partners, media resources or other significant entities in the hopes of assisting them in reaching their business model objectives.
Although our portfolio companies pay a fee to us for our consulting service, that is not how they become a client - we still make that decision. They must meet our guidelines of experienced and capable management, possess a product or service geared towards filling a market vacuum and have the capacity to enter their specific market in a relatively timely manner. We hope to assist and represent entities that have the potential to grow into successful and profitable companies over the long-term and that operate on the principle that shareholder interests should be of pinnacle importance. A significant by-product of the scrutiny we exercise in our due diligence of these organizations is that we hope to present to you new technologies and cutting edge goods and services that may have the ability to improve and enhance your life, your profession and your future.
