The following, in no particular order, is the scope of work that is available when you become a portfoilio client of ISD. This is not a finite list as the dynamics of an effective investor relations program allows for additional opportunities, whether it is introductions to other marketing channels and media coverage or other platforms that we can exploit to expose a company's business model to institutionals, retail firms and individual investors.
An effective and responsible IR program presents a transparent view of your company to all members of the market so it is able to make informed investment decisions. For current shareholders, IR should assist the company in establishing and maintaining a clear line of communications with professional, retail and individual investors and be available to the shareholder base as a gateway to the executive management team.
Investor Relations Scope of Work
- Capitalization requirements addressed and funding sources identified, if required.
- Investor relations section of corporate web page audited for content and information. We can provide a drop-in, transparent IR page providing visitors access to all press releases, SEC filings, stock quote/chart, company presentations, media events, email alert access, among other information.
- Enrollment into a national investor network program which provides investors access to a company's financial reports and fact sheet/profile. The network consists of over 100+ leading financial publications and Internet portals around the world.
- Create, post, distribute and update marketing materials such as corporate profile, company fact sheet, and PowerPoint Presentation, ads to investor network and other pertinent databases.
- Client profile and news releases electronically distributed to select investor databases, high volume financial web properties, on-line editors, high-profile bloggers, message boards and social media/news sites.
- Company financial data module including stock quote, SEC filings, press releases and historicals provided within the ISD web site.
- Assist in the creation, editing, publication and distribution of national press releases and distributing the release to national, sector and industry media channels.
- Client press releases and events sent to a database of over 40,000 newspaper and magazine editors segregated by topic, industry.
- Contribute in structuring quarterly, semiannual and/or annual shareholder letters.
- Provide input and resources regarding any regulatory compliance issues, SEC filings, funding vehicle structures, internal/external corporate strategies.
- Scheduling and coordinating of corporate presentations at investor/broker/analyst conferences.
- Introductions to financial and other business development partners.
- Provide a 1-800 (888,877) direct Investor Relations dial-in number.
- Schedule television coverage and create relationships with national media outlets (Fox Business News, CNBC, Bloomberg, Today, Good Morning America, among others).
- Schedule conference calls, on-site presentations with institutional investors, analysts, money managers, investment bankers, and retail firms.
- Provide assistance in upgrading client trading platform.
- Local/regional media coverage.
- Create a clear and comprehensive Internet marketing program consisting of banner ads, message board monitoring, newsletters, featured articles among many other initiatives.
- Handle all telephone, email, letter correspondance and requests for client information from investors, shareholders, analysts, institutions and media. Coordinate, schedule and host conference call and investor presentation requests.
- Process requests for information whether in document form or professional introduction. A database is built and maintained containing all contacts, whether they are institutional, individual, media or potential business partners. As warranted, the database is contacted and updated on corporate developments and opportunities.
- Act as filter for unsolicited "service providers".
- Provide leadership and oversight to any other concurrent marketing/advertising/promotional campaigns.
- Manage and update client company web presence across major financial portals.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
